Description
GITLAB_CI_HOST can't change?
I have a docker which is set GITLAB_CI_HOST=10.88.1.100
and run docker-compose down
change GITLAB_CI_HOST=git.xxx.com in yaml file
then docker-compose up -d
but the "Runner setup url" is not changed（project->setting->ci/cd->Runners settings）
