Description
Hi, maybe is been asked before but I can't find a working example,
how could I connect any docker gitlab-ci runner to the server in the most simple form.
Note, I had just ran docker-compose up against this repo.
I am trying for so much time, but I am a complete noob with certificates.
Maybe you can include it in a command.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start with the repository's docker-compose setup and the GitLab CI runner connection and certificate flow described in the issue. Reproduce the setup from a clean docker-compose run, then document a minimal working runner command and certificate requirements so a newcomer can verify the runner connects successfully.
