Description
What happened?
Occasionally, a minion on Linux will crash. Obviously not good, but it should then attempt to restart so that it is not completely offline.
I think the systemd service file should be augmented to include restart capability. This would include lines for "Restart" and probably some limits like with "StartLimitIntervalSec" and "StartLimitBurst".

Research direction
Start by locating the systemd service file used by the official Debian package and inspect its current service and start-limit settings. Reproduce or simulate a minion crash on Debian 12, then verify that the service restarts without repeatedly exceeding the configured limits.
