Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now Salt only allows configuring a small subset of cherry_py options. I would like to be able to configure individual settings to suite my environment (notably changing the session cache to file-based).
Describe the solution you'd like
Add new parameters in "cherry_py" config

Research direction
Start by locating Salt's cherry_py configuration handling and reviewing which options are currently exposed. Determine how arbitrary cherry_py parameters, including a file-based session cache setting, should be represented and verified; the issue does not name specific files or tests.
