[BUG] When executing Salt in the Python virtual environment, there will be some error prompts (which will not affect task execution)

Description
When I call the salt python api in a virtual environment, the following error occurs:

Additional context
I always thought it was a problem with a module in Salt. Later, I accidentally discovered that there was no error when using the system Salt to execute, but an error would be reported when entering the virtual environment.
