Description
https://repo.saltproject.io/salt-dev/salt/ and https://repo.saltproject.io/salt-dev/onedir/ are old build paths of salt onedir nightlys.
now that the new structure exists I would propose that we remove or empty these folders as they have caused confusion (eg salt-bootstrap is using the old URLs until https://github.com/saltstack/salt-bootstrap/pull/1951 is merged)

Research direction
Start by checking the old nightly paths at repo.saltproject.io/salt-dev/salt/ and repo.saltproject.io/salt-dev/onedir/, then review salt-bootstrap#1951 for references to them. Determine whether these folders should be removed or emptied; done when the obsolete paths no longer cause confusion and the referenced bootstrap change is accounted for.
