[BUG] MacOS directory ~/Library/LaunchAgents not resolvable

Description
When the home directory for the user is not actually being mounted on /Users, the current path logic doesn't pick this up.
Usually happens when you have a second drive that you have moved all users over to.

Setup
No configs, but I have created a pull request that fixes it.

• on-prem machine
• VM (Virtualbox, KVM, etc. please specify)

Steps to Reproduce the behavior
Trying to use any of the service.* commands to control service operation.

Start by reproducing the service.* commands on macOS when the user's home directory is mounted outside /Users, then trace the path-resolution logic used for LaunchAgents. Done means service operations work with a relocated home directory; the issue mentions an existing pull request that may contain the relevant fix.
