Research direction
Start by comparing how relative includes are handled for pillars and states, using the provided YAML example with one, two, and three leading dots. Trace the pillar include path and compare its behavior with state includes. Done means all relative include levels behave consistently across pillars and states, with coverage for the reported cases.
