Windows Minion Consumin More CPU

High Cpu With 2019.2.2 windows 32 bit salt minion

Hi,

We are using salt-master and minion of 2019.2.2 versions, master running ubuntu 18.04 64-bit and minion running with 2019.2.2 32 bit exe.

We are facing multiple issues with salt-minion(We have same issue in windows 2016, 2012 R2 and windows 10).

1) When we send test.ping message minion machine cpu boosting to 40-50 percent(machine with 2cores cpu) and it will be there for around 20 seconds to 30 seconds.

2) If we initiated a long running job salt master sending saltutil.find_job continuously to minion which is causing high minion cpu usage.

Is there any setting we have to use to tune salt master and minion to overcome this issue, because of this issue we are not able to run multiple jobs at a time.
