Description
https://github.com/salesforce/offline-app-developer-starter-kit/pull/8 helped update the previous verbiage about the required Org permissions for working with the Offline App. However, even the updates probably need reconsideration, in terms of how we communicate with customers about Org configuration requirements, licenses, etc.
We should update the README to talk about the required Org permissions in a customer-friendly way.
