Description
We need to set up Amazon CloudWatch alerts to automatically notify our team when:
1/ The primary site becomes inaccessible, and
2/ Traffic fails over to the DR (Disaster Recovery) site.
This in response to the recent AWS shutdown which could have affected our services. We already have a dashboard in place, please reach out to @umssyed for any previous background.
