Deployment.md link is broken

Hi,
in several doc, the deployment.md link is broken. It ends up in 404 error.
It seems the link point to /docs/deployment.md when it should point to docs/development (https://github.com/ruvnet/claude-flow/tree/main/docs/development/DEPLOYMENT.md)

Broken links I found are in:

https://github.com/ruvnet/claude-flow/blob/main/docs/INDEX.md

A check should be done to make sure there are no others.

Start in the docs directory and docs/INDEX.md, searching for links that point to /docs/deployment.md. Compare each result with the referenced docs/development/DEPLOYMENT.md path, then check for other broken deployment links. Done means all identified links resolve to the intended deployment document.
