Swarms having activation issues in terminal. Works well in Cursor terminal, but crashes more often than not with 5+ swarms

Swarms not working in Mac Terminal app, but are working in Cursor terminal very well. However, the swarms end up crashing Cursor about half the time. Worth looking into

Start by reproducing swarm activation in the Mac Terminal app and in Cursor's terminal, especially with 5+ swarms. Compare the failure behavior and verify that swarm activation no longer crashes during repeated runs in either terminal.
