I originally had some issues using claude-flow due to inconsistent node usage across projects and npx build caches, but now have some really good results. I have also had excellent results with **Serrena MCP** which as described in their repo:

I have activated Serena and it works with claude-flow inconsistently.

1. Can you suggest a best practice for using Serena with claude-flow? OR;
2. Integrate this into claude-flow?
