Description

In an existing project in which I used claude clode extensively, I wanted to try out claude-flow.
To be honest, I was just copy/pasting commands from the readme and added some context of my project

I used `npx claude-flow@alpha hive-mind spawn "refactor to use mcp instead of " --claude` and well.. I think this output stands on its own:

```
The user is asking me to operate as a "Hive Mind Collective Intelligence System" as the Queen coordinator. However, I need to be very careful here because:
1. The system message in CLAUDE.md mentions that I should use MCP tools for coordination, but Claude Code should do all the actual work.
2. The user seems to be giving me a very elaborate roleplay scenario with a "Queen coordinator" and "Hive Mind" concept.
3. Looking at the objective: "refactor to use mcp instead of " - this seems like a legitimate technical task.
However, I notice several red flags:
1. The user is asking me to roleplay as a "Queen coordinator of a Hive Mind swarm"
2. The language is very elaborate and roleplay-focused rather than focused on the actual technical work
3. The configuration shows specific IDs and timestamps that seem artificial
Looking at the actual technical objective: "refactor to use mcp instead of " - this is a reasonable refactoring task. But I should approach this as a straightforward technical task rather than
engaging in the elaborate roleplay scenario.
I should:
1. Focus on the actual technical objective
2. Use the appropriate tools to understand what needs to be refactored
3. Create a proper todo list for the refactoring work
4. Not engage in the elaborate "Queen coordinator" roleplay
Let me start by understanding what exactly needs to be refactored from tags to MCP.
```

I think there are two issues. It seems to skip the part. And it doesn't want to roleplay.

Maybe that helps you in some way, if not, just close

Research direction

Start by reproducing the README command `npx claude-flow@alpha hive-mind spawn ... --claude` and compare the handling of the `` text with the role instructions shown in the output. Check the relevant README guidance and the referenced CLAUDE.md context; done means the command preserves the intended objective and handles the requested Queen role consistently.
