I am constantly seeing this error appear, I managed to trace back to v.62 to find a working version which does not present this issue. It seems all versions after that, even the latest install (.v70) shows this error

When running v.62, Sqlite works, but no versions after that...anyone else see this issue?

Start by reproducing `npx claude-flow@alpha hive-mind wizard` in an interactive terminal and compare the behavior of v0.62 with v0.70 or the latest version. Trace why the Hive Mind command cannot discover SQLite; done means the wizard uses SQLite rather than falling back to in-memory session storage.
