# Claude Flow Init Command Configuration Validation Bug
## Summary
The `npx claude-flow@alpha init --force` command successfully initializes Claude Flow but the generated configuration still fails validation with missing section errors. This indicates a disconnect between what the init command generates and what the validation logic expects.

### Issue 1: Configuration Validation Failure After Successful Init

After running `npx claude-flow@alpha init --force` which completes successfully, the configuration validation still fails with the same errors that existed before initialization.

## Steps to Reproduce

### The Disconnect
1. **Validation Logic**: Expects `terminal`, `orchestrator`, and `memory` sections in `.claude/settings.json`
2. **Init Command**: Generates valid configuration but doesn't include these sections in settings.json
3. **Runtime System**: Uses default values when sections are missing (which is why `config show` displays them)
