# Claude Flow Configuration Issues Found

## Summary
Multiple configuration validation errors and missing required sections found in Claude Flow settings during testing in the SPARC Evolution repository.

## Environment Details
- **Claude Flow Version**: v2.0.0-alpha.53
- **Node.js Version**: v22.16.0
- **NPM Version**: 9.8.1
- **Platform**: Linux (GitHub Codespace)

## Issues Identified

### 1. Missing Required Configuration Sections ❌
**Severity**: High
**Issue**: Claude Flow configuration validation fails due to missing required sections.

**Error Output**:

### 2. Inconsistent Configuration Schema ❌

**Issue**: The `config show` command displays different configuration structure than what's documented.

## Steps to Reproduce

### Environment Setup
1. Create a new directory or use existing repository
2. Install Claude Flow: `npm install -g claude-flow@alpha`
3. Create `.claude/settings.json` with basic configuration:

## Proposed Solutions

3. **Backward Compatibility**: Ensure existing configurations remain valid

## Workaround
For now, users can manually add the missing sections to their settings.json:
