Research direction

Start by reproducing the upgrade from 1.1.12 to 1.1.13 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and compare hbbr and hbbs behavior. Check whether ports 21115–21119 are listening after the services restart; done means clients can connect as they did with 1.1.12.
