Failed to run image. (HTTP code 400) bad parameter - no command specified. when trying to run on dockerdesktop.

Describe the environment

• Install environment: dockerdesktop windows 11
• If package, we need the distribution and release: Ubuntu latest
• In any case, you have to specify the version in use. latest tag on docker hub

How to Reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Given the previously described environment
2. pull latest image from within docker search in docker desktop
3. try to run the image
4. get: Failed to run image. (HTTP code 400) bad parameter - no command specified

Expected behavior
to run the image

Reproduce the failure in Docker Desktop on Windows 11 by pulling the latest image from Docker Hub and selecting Run, then inspect the image configuration and startup behavior. Done means the published image runs from Docker Desktop without the HTTP 400 “no command specified” error.
