Description

Hello,

here is a small list of suggestions for improving rustdesk pro or not (I may be off topic)

- Automatic deletion of devices not reachable for X amount of time

- Copy/paste using drag/drop

- By default auto scaling

- Possibility of putting a personalized name, in fact you take the name of the Windows session (remote users are confused)

- In the dashboard: Display the number of active sessions

- possibility of regaining control of a remote station without interaction with the user (Teamviewer offers the technician to reconnect and without a password)

- A quicksupport (login and password only), TV offers to generate a personalized quicksupport with a defined password

- In the quality monitor is it possible to add the relay to which we are connected

- When you click the REC button a second time, suggest opening the destination folder of the recorded file

- Share the address book, in fact I started to structure the peripherals in relation to an entity or service but no one can see it

- Possibility of synchronizing ID servers to allow redundancy in the event of a crash

- Put an indicator on the relay servers in the dashboard to know if everything is functional (I had doubts about the correct functioning)

- On the web client, possibility of displaying the names of the technicians online in the company and allowing a connection to be initiated (I had this system at the time of VNC and a toolbar the client could choose a technician)

- Being able to put the IT specialists of a company (Logo, Company name, telephone number, email on support) - limits a ticket opening form by email (there is an email server on the pro version if I I understood correctly)
