Wayland screen selection not working properly

I have two monitors and can select "Full Workspace" the first time I connect. The next time I connect, I don't have to select anything; I have direct access to the full workspace.

But when I only have one monitor, the "Full Workspace" option is no longer available, and I have to select an option again. If I then select one monitor, it works for the time being.

But when I have two monitors again, only one monitor is displayed until I reset the monitor selection and configure it again.

Reproduce the behavior on Manjaro Linux with KDE Plasma and Wayland, switching between one and two monitors and observing the screen-selection options shown in RustDesk. Compare the selection state after reconnecting and after resetting it. Done means the available workspace and monitor choices remain correct when the monitor configuration changes.
