Description

Now MonitorId::get_hidpi_factor returns a logical dpi factor.
But there is no function to access physcial dpi value of a screen, like QScreen::physicalDotsPerInch in Qt.

It's necessary for any physical-size-aware software like Ruler.

Research direction

Start at MonitorId::get_hidpi_factor and trace how the monitor value is implemented across the supported windowing backends. Add an interface that exposes a screen's physical dpi, and verify that physical-size-aware software can distinguish it from the logical dpi factor.
