Description
I noticed that my app (winit + egui) runs at 120FPS on WebAssembly but only at 60FPS on MacOS. My guess is that we need to use CADisplayLink preferredFrameRateRange to increase the upper bound but I'm not entirely sure if that's remotely correct
Any thoughts?

Research direction
The issue provides no file or test entry point; begin by locating winit's macOS display-scheduling code and reviewing Apple's linked CADisplayLink preferredFrameRateRange documentation. Done means determining the correct change needed for 120 Hz displays and verifying that macOS applications can run above 60 FPS without regressing other display behavior.
