Description

There does not seem to be a public function to create an AmlName from parent + nameseg. This makes re-creating the AmlName for a nameseg during traverse into a chore.

Research direction

Start by locating AmlName and the AML traversal entry point, then inspect how a nameseg's parent and name are currently represented. Add a public way to recreate the full AmlName from those values, and verify that traversal can use it without duplicating name-building logic.
