Research direction

Start by reviewing the history and issue #116 to understand the previous serde support, then inspect the current crate feature configuration. The requested work is optional serde support with derives; done means the feature is available without being enabled by default and its behavior is covered by appropriate checks.

Description

I was looking at the history, and it seems like support for serde was implemented at one stage (#116), but it appears there is no longer any support for serde.

Would there be interest in (re)implementing serde for ndarray-linalg? I would be happy to work on a PR which would place serde behind an optional feature.
