Description
If you build the rls using the rustup rust nighty, it will build successfully, but it won't properly set up the rpath. This causes the resulting rls to fail to run correctly on at least macOS and Windows (and possibly other platforms).

Research direction
Reproduce an rls build with the rustup Rust nightly on macOS and Windows, then inspect how the resulting binary resolves its dynamic libraries and whether its rpath is configured. Done means the built rls starts correctly on the affected platforms instead of failing to locate its libraries.
