Description

Since rustup supports installing toolchains for arbitrary hosts we need a way to list them. Probably want to do it a smart way and not just list every host, but only ones that might be compatible with the present architecture.

Research direction

Start by tracing how rustup represents channels, toolchains, and host targets. Determine how available hosts could be filtered for compatibility with the present architecture, then define the command output and verify that it lists the appropriate hosts without enumerating every possible target.
