Description
I personally really like to write imports like this
use std::io::{ Read, Write, Seek };
instead of
use std::io::{Read, Write, Seek};
so I'd really like to have an option to format imports like this with rustfmt :)

Research direction
The issue provides Rust import examples but names no files or tests. Start by finding rustfmt's import-formatting entry point and option definitions, then verify that an opt-in setting preserves spaces inside braces while existing formatting remains unchanged.
