Reproduce the failure with the reported nightly Rust toolchain, minimal program, and Cranelift flags. Start at compiler/rustc_codegen_cranelift/src/debuginfo/object.rs:89 and follow add_debug_reloc through unwind_module::finish, using the reported unimplemented relocation as the focus. Done means the same build no longer panics with Error 101.
