[Bug] Failed to compile under linux powerpc64le

I ran into following error when trying to compile under Linux powerpc64le:

It would be awesome if this architecture is supported

Start by reproducing ./y.sh build for powerpc64le-unknown-linux-gnu and inspect the reported unsupported-target failure during sysroot compilation. Determine the work needed for this architecture, then verify that the build completes successfully for the target.
