Description

The IEEE standard comes with a squareRootoperation with guaranteed-precision results. Would be nice to support that in apfloat as well. :)

Research direction

The issue only identifies the IEEE squareRoot operation; no file or test is named. First inspect the existing rustc_apfloat operations and the LLVM APFloat behavior, then define completion as matching the standard’s guaranteed-precision result with coverage for the new operation.
