Description
Hi.
There should be the way to cancel queued perf run - for example, if we accidentally queued one task few times, or if build fails.
For example: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/83207 here task was queued, but build failed. Build was fixed, and perf queued again, so it was executed 2 times.

Research direction
Start by tracing how rustc-perf queues performance runs and represents queued tasks; the issue names no file or test entry point. Done means an accidentally queued run can be cancelled before execution, including the failed-build and requeue scenario described in the linked example.
