Description

When benchmarking release (especially beta) artifacts, the collector accumulates Rust toolchains in $HOME/.rustup/toolchains. We should periodically clean them up, otherwise eventually it will run out of space.

@Mark-Simulacrum Do you remember if there was some cleanup script on the old machine before? Seems like this also had to be an issue there.

Research direction

Start by locating the collector entry point responsible for benchmarking release and beta artifacts, then inspect how Rust toolchains are installed or retained under $HOME/.rustup/toolchains. Check for any existing cleanup or scheduling mechanism. Done means old beta artifacts are periodically removed without disrupting active benchmarking and the collector no longer accumulates them indefinitely.
