Description
It should probably be a separate profile. It will require some refactorings, because a lot of collector code currently assumes that we run rustc, but for RA we need to run rust-analyzer analysis-stats instead.

Research direction
Start by reading the collector code and existing profile handling, focusing on the assumptions that the benchmark runs rustc. Trace how a profile selects and invokes its command, then determine what is needed for a Rust Analyzer mode using rust-analyzer analysis-stats. Done means the new profile can run and collect Rust Analyzer benchmarks without breaking existing rustc profiles.
