Description
The library team has a guide for the standard library. We should consider removing some chapters like https://rustc-dev-guide.rust-lang.org/stability.html from the rustc-dev-guide. First we should ensure that the content being removed is already reflected in the library guide.

Research direction
Compare the rustc-dev-guide stability chapter with the Rust standard library guide linked in the issue. First verify which content is already covered by the library guide, then identify the chapters or sections that can be removed. Done means duplicated material is removed without losing coverage in the rustc-dev-guide.
