Description
Spurious in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/162989#issuecomment-5736717631.
We'll see if we can work with Fuchsia folks to instead use authenticated servers. In the mean time, we'll temporarily disable the job.

Research direction
Start with the CI configuration for the test-x86_64-fuchsia job, using the linked pull request and tree-ops discussion for context. Temporarily disable that job and verify that the CI configuration no longer runs it while the authenticated-server alternative remains unresolved.
