Description

The feature gate for the issue is #![feature(windows_process_extensions_desktop)].

This is a tracking issue for a new desktop builder method of the Windows-specific CommandExt extension trait.

It will add the ability to configure the lpDesktop field of the STARTUPINFOW struct before calling CreateProcessW.
