Description

Marking numeric-types.rs as 64-bit only for now to unblock the tree (in #133115), follow-up investigations should try to see if that can be made to work with i686-msvc (64-bit isize vs 32-bit isize and thus different underlying int type display).

Research direction

Start with tests/debuginfo/numeric-types.rs and inspect why its expected output differs for i686-msvc, especially around 64-bit versus 32-bit isize and the underlying integer type display. The work is done when the test can run for i686-msvc without being restricted to 64-bit targets.
