Description
Other widely used compilers (gcc, clang, etc) have the ability to record their command line arguments in the debug information (for DWARF in the DW_AT_producer field). Rustc currently hardcodes this to "" when calling LLVMRustDIBuilderCreateCompileUnit.

Research direction
Start by tracing rustc's call to LLVMRustDIBuilderCreateCompileUnit and inspect how the empty DW_AT_producer value is passed into debug information. Compare the requested -grecord-command-line/-grecord-gcc-switches behavior with the existing compiler integration, then verify that recorded command-line arguments appear in the generated DWARF producer field.
