Reproduce the failure with wasm-pack build on the reported wasm32-unknown-unknown target, then read compiler/rustc_codegen_ssa/src/back/linker.rs around line 1269 and the reported linker call path. Done means the example compiles without the frameworks not supported compiler panic and the regression is covered by an appropriate compiler test.
