Description

Consider for instance this:

It just says "const: 1.32.0". Other functions say "1.27.0 (const: 1.32.0)". That seems like a bug?

Start with the linked nightly documentation for Duration::from_millis and compare it with functions that display both stabilization versions. Trace the rustdoc stability annotation rendering; done means stable const functions consistently show both the function and const stabilization versions where applicable.
