Description

    extern crate syntax;

    fn main() {
        drop::<u8, u8>(1);
    }

This used to say see issue #27812 but no longer does. We need to adapt our regex.

Research direction

Locate the regex responsible for turning compiler output such as “see issue #27812” into a GitHub issue link, then reproduce the behavior with the Rust snippet in the issue. Update the matching behavior so this reference is linked again and verify the rendered output against the previous wording.
