Research direction
Start by locating the repository's UI build entry points and the configuration that selects its backend, then check whether the UI can be run against the live service. The issue does not name files or tests, so confirm the intended workflow with maintainers. Done means a documented, working way to build the UI independently and connect it to the live back-end.
