Indentation issue after macro

I'm playing around with nickel and was trying to do some simple example apps. I had an indentation issue after the middleware! macro. See comment below:

    });

    server.listen("127.0.0.1:6767");
}

Reproduce issue #167 in rust-mode using the Nickel middleware! example from the report, focusing on where pressing Enter places the cursor after the macro. Trace the indentation behavior for this macro form and verify that the cursor no longer lands under req when editing the middleware body.
