Description
Currently, the b in b"asdf" and b'a' isn't highlighted. However, the entire r#"my raw string"# is. This is a bit inconsistent.

Research direction
Start by locating rust-mode's syntax-highlighting rules for Rust string prefixes. Compare how the b prefix in byte strings is handled with the r# prefix in raw strings, then verify that b"asdf" and b'a' highlight their prefixes consistently with the existing raw-string behavior.
