Description

Using my_string.as_str() is noisy and adds no value in comparison to &my_string. This lint should not apply to using it in a .map(_) or some other higher-order stuff, just calling the function directly.

Research direction

Start by locating Clippy's lint implementation and tests for direct String::as_str() calls. Confirm that direct calls can be replaced with &my_string, while uses in .map(_) or other higher-order contexts remain unaffected; add coverage showing both cases.
