Description
Inspired by this post: https://vorner.github.io/2020/04/05/error-handling.html
It would be nice to lint on occurrences of Box<dyn Error> when they could've been Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync>.

Research direction
No repository files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reading the linked error-handling post and reviewing existing Clippy lints for trait-object bounds; done means defining and implementing a lint that reliably identifies eligible Box types and validating its behavior with tests.
