Description

Research direction

Start by reviewing the HerbiePlugin project linked in the issue and comparing its floating-point transformations with rust-clippy's existing lint structure. The issue names no Rust files, tests, or entry points, so the scope and implementation path need to be established first. Done would mean a Rust lint that gives useful floating-point suggestions without auto-fixing.
