Description

Honestly, I haven't found many instances where an iterator couldn't provide a size_hint at all, even if it's a really bad one like (0, Some(len * 5)). I think it'd be nice to lint this by default and require an allow for more obscure cases, as there are so many cases where this could be added.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the iterator-related lint implementation and its tests, then define which missing size_hint cases are covered and what exemptions require an allow.
